Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) | Lean Management Senior Expert Manager | Process Optimization & Digital Solutions
I am a graduate engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur FH) in Communications Engineering, with more than 15 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, including project-related responsibilities.
In addition, I have obtained the Lean Management Senior Expert Manager qualification.
Through NELOAD Consulting, I aim to support small and medium-sized businesses in understanding their processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing practical solutions.
